These norms are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Identification of quality:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Under the new norms, institutions will have to ensure that they publish their research papers only in those journals that are of high quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Transparency:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> UGC has developed a system to promote transparency, in which institutions will have to share information about the journals selected for publishing their research papers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Feedback system:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugc.gov.in\/?utm_source=saralstudy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> UGC<\/a> has also established a feedback system, under which institutions will be able to give their opinions and suggestions on the new norms.
