A workshop held recently in Gaziantep and Kilis, Turkey has taken an important step in this direction. In this workshop, young leaders gathered and discussed children&#8217;s rights, volunteer work and community cooperation . The young leaders who participated in it shared their views and discussed various plans to protect children&#8217;s rights .<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Introduction_of_%E2%80%98ACAR_project\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introduction of &#8216;ACAR&#8217; project<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the workshop, the &#8216;ACAR&#8217; project was introduced, which aims to create child-friendly cities. Under this project, various activities will be organized to make young leaders aware of children&#8217;s rights and empower them .<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Key_activities_of_Young_leaders_initiative\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key activities of Young leaders initiative<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>Group discussion: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The young leaders discussed various issues related to children&#8217;s rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They identified problems and gave suggestions for their solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Creation of Advocacy Plan: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The participants together created an advocacy plan, planning the necessary steps to protect the rights of children.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Community Involvement: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various activities were organized in the workshop to promote community involvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_of_community_and_family\"><\/span>Role of community and family:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>UNICEF believes that the community and family play an important role in protecting the rights of children.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, under this initiative, programs will be organized to sensitize parents, teachers and community members towards the rights of children.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Motivation_of_Young_Leaders\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivation of Young Leaders<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The young leaders who participated in this workshop expressed their motivation and hope. They said that they will do everything possible to protect the rights of children. This project will not only help create a child-friendly environment but will also empower young leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclusion<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative of youth leaders by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org\/?utm_source=saralstudy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">UNICEF<\/a> is an important step in protecting the rights of children. Their activism and dedication makes it clear that they are committed to bringing positive change in the society. Children&#8217;s rights require empowerment, and youth leaders are playing an important role in this direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This workshop has proved that when youth unite, they can bring change in the society.
