This amount is required to ensure children&#8217;s education and health services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Appeal to the parties to the conflict:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> UNICEF has appealed to the parties to the conflict to respect education facilities and preserve civilian goods.
