The Uttarakhand State Government is offering several benefits to students who are currently enrolled in school but are unable to pay for their college education due to a lack of cash or their families' economic disadvantages. You can apply for any of the several scholarships offered by the state government by visiting the official website of the scholarship scheme. From when your academic session starts, it becomes easy for you to join any of the available scholarship schemes to students.

The following scholarships are given by the Uttarakhand government

• Scholarships to SC Students after Matriculation in Uttarakhand

• Scholarships to Post-Matric Students of the State and Central Sector (ST) in Uttarakhand

• Scholarships to Pre-Matric Students of the State Sector of SC Students in Uttarakhand

• OBC Pre-Matric Scholarships of the State and Central Sector in Uttarakhand

• Pre-Matric Disability Scholarships under the State and Central Sector in Uttarakhand

• Scholarships to ST Students of the State and Center Sector prior to Matriculation in Uttarakhand

• Uttarakhand Post-Matric Scholarships for EBC Students

• Uttarakhand's Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities (100 percent State Sector)

Applicants for this scholarship should provide the following 

• Enrollment Number or Aadhaar Card

• Caste certificate and domicile certificate

• A valid passport-sized photo and a certificate of income of the parents.

• Copy of the first page of the joint account bank passbook issued in the name of the parent or student.

The main criteria for the awarding of an Uttarakhand scholarship to students are academic achievement and the family income. The institutes will process all of the applicants' scholarship applications after they have been forwarded. Once all the paperwork is reviewed, the institutes will send their scholarship application to DSWO.

The DSO will verify the Uttarakhand Scholarship Registration Form and then have the right to accept or reject it. DSO will choose the name of the student who made the short list. After final selection, the scholarship money will be deposited into the candidate's designated bank account.

• After you select the "Register" option, fill out the required details for registration. Please log in using your Gmail address, phone number, or email ID if you have already registered.

• Click on "Applicant Corner" and select "New Registration.

• Read through the details carefully, check the box, and click "Continue.

• Proceed with the registration by filling out all the necessary information and select "Save & Register.

• Log in by selecting "Fresh Application" and fill in your application ID and password.

• Fill in the required fields, attach relevant files, and submit.

For login, students must follow the steps below:

• Open the official website of the Uttarakhand Scholarship Portal.

• Your screen will open with the homepage of the scholarship program.

• From the homepage, click on the Student Login option.

• The screen will change to a new page.

• Enter your username and password.

• Click on the Login option now.

If a student performs satisfactorily in his/her current year of study, then the scholarship will be renewed. For that academic year, every student has to submit only one application for renewal. Renewal registration is not required for students who have already done it to get a scholarship under Uttarakhand. Those applicants can login with their current login credentials. Students will be required to update their information on the registration form after login. Students will then be able to download their registration form for the Uttarakhand Scholarship.
