What are the various enzymatic types of glandular secretions in our gut helping digestion of food? What is the nature of end products obtained after complete digestion of food?

Enzymatic types of glandular secretions in our gut:
Salivary glands: Saliva is merely produced by three pairs of salivary glands, the parotids present in cheek, the sub- maxillary or sub- mandibular present in lower jaw and sublinguals present below the tongue.
Gastric glands: The mucosa of stomach has gastric glands and these glands have three types of cells namely: mucus neck cells, peptic or chief cells and parietal or oxyntic cells.
Secretion form liver: Liver makes the bile juice. Bile helps in emulsification of fats so that digestion of fat can be easier.
Secretion from pancreas: Pancreas secretes pancreatic juice which contains a large amount of enzymes that helps in digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
