- Click on “New user/Registration”.
- An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number
- Confirm the OTP received.
- Read the instructions about the Bihar Scholarship Form Filing carefully and proceed
- Fill up the details and submit.
- Upload the photograph and other required documents to finish the application process.
- Download the submitted application and take its print.
- Submit the duly filled form to the respective educational institution.

Terms and Condition for Bihar Scholarship
- Bihar scholarship is available for all the candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST. Students are required to attach a hard copy of the xerox copy of the bank passbook with the application form.
- Registered candidates must submit the application form in the concerned department, in person and must take the receipt.
- Candidates should provide their effective mobile phone number, and current email ID.
- All the details and documents produced by the candidate must be authentic and true. If the information given is found wrong, then the application form and data collected will be rejected.
- Applications suspected will not be sent for scholarship and will be thrown-away at the same time.
- Failed students are ineligible and should not apply for the Bihar scholarship.
- Candidates who have applied for the Bihar scholarship or preparing to apply are recommended not to share their details, bank account number, IFSC code, class 10th/12th roll number, password, and other sensitive information to anyone.
- Candidates can review their status of the application at any time on the official website.
- Candidates are required to produce their application ID and password to see their scholarship status.
