JEE Main

Earlier known as All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) sees around thousands of students taking part in it. However, only those who manage to get ranked among the top 1.5 lakh candidates can move to the next stage of JEE Advanced.

JEE Advanced

If you wish to grab one of those coveted seats out of odd 10,000 from the premium IITs in India for undergraduate courses then JEE Advanced is your key to reach that point. This has always been considered to be the toughest engineering exam in India.

BITSAT

Conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is just second to JEE Advanced when it comes to being tough. From last year, BITSAT has become a computer based test, which has at least simplified its conduction.

VITEEE

Every year Vellore Institute of Technology Conducts VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) for admission in approximately 5,000 engineering seats at their college. VIT is counted among one of the best engineering colleges in India, thus their entrance exam is of great value.

WBJEE

Every year more than 2 lakh candidates appear for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE), which is also one of the most coveted engineering exams in the country. However, the WBJEE focuses more and evaluates candidates on the basis of the speed with which they solve the problem rather than the intellectual depth they are applying to solving it.

MHCET

If you wish to be a part of any of the premium engineering colleges in Maharashtra then you need to pass the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET). This engineering entrance exam takes place at two different times of the year in two phases to accommodate the large number of students who apply for it.

KCET

For admission in any engineering college or institute in Karnataka the aspirant has to sit for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET). It is considered a coveted one for those who aspire to study down south specifically.

AP EAMCET 

This engineering entrance exam is specifically for those seeking admission in various engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Under this, the student has to take up engineering, agriculture and medical common entrance test, which is also its short form (EAMCET). The score that a student will achieve in this exam will be accepted not only in engineering colleges across Andhra Pradesh but also in medical colleges of the state.

UPSEE

The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) is conducted by Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University for providing admission in various universities across the state. The examination includes courses like engineering, pharmacy, architecture, fashion & design, business management and more.

KIITEE

KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) is organised and conducted by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology for admission in its various group institutes that primarily includes KIIT University, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences. From last year onward the test has become Computer based and the same will be followed this year too.
