CBSE Result 2020 Live Updates: CBSE 12th result, read full information here

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the 12th result. The results of the CBSE Board Examinations can be seen online on the official website http://cbseresults.nic.in. Updates and other information related to the result is also available on the official website of the board, cbse.nic.in. Along with this, according to the notice released by CBSE, the subjects whose examinations were not conducted have been evaluated according to the average of the three subjects given by the children. CBSE will announce the dates for the children who are not satisfied and want to take the exam.

How to check the results on website:

  1. Visit the official website of the CBSE Board – http://cbseresults.nic.in
  2. Click on the link ‘CBSE Board Class 12 Result’ .
  3. Enter your roll number and other details asked.
  4. Submit the details.
  5. Your CBSE Class 12 Result 2020 will be displayed on the system.
  6. Download the result and take a print of the same for future reference

How to check results on APP

Once the result is declared, students will be able to check the results from UMANG Mobile Platform and DigiResults. The Umang app is available on Android, iOS, and window based smartphones. Digest is the only Android mobile app.

12th class students will get a chance of improvement

This time, CBSE 12th class students will also get a chance to improve their score in the remaining examinations. For this, such students can sit in the improvement examination if the situation is normal. After this, only the score appearing in the improvement examination will be considered as a final score. The result which was released on the basis of internal assessments and exams conducted earlier will not be considered. 10th class students will not get a chance to appear in the reform test. Only the marks obtained under the assessment scheme will be considered as final.

How to get pass certificate and mark sheet?

CBSE Board gives digital academic documents, such as mark-sheet, migration certificate, pass certificate to its students. Students can go to digilocker.gov.in. DigiLocker’s account will be given to the credential board students through SMS on their registered mobile number.

What is the assessment scheme formula, how marks will be given for the remaining canceled examinations?

According to the CBSE, the number of marks will be given based on the average marks of the last three papers of the board examination under the assessment scheme. In other words, the marks of the remaining papers will be given on the basis of the average marks of those papers which have already been done. Under the assessment formula, those who have more than 3 papers, they will get the number in the remaining subjects on the average score of Best 3. Those who have done 3 papers will get an average of Best 2.

There are very few students left in CBSE 12th who have given only one or two papers. Such students are especially from Delhi. Results of these students will be given on the basis of their papers, internal assessment and project report. These students of Delhi will also be given the option to appear in the examination after the assessment results. Provided that they have opted for the examination before the result.
