Education is dependent on the power of your brain to absorb and utilize information, and only an active brain will lead to the practical application of education. You can lead a better life if you work towards improving the power of your brain. The welfare of your brain is dependent solely on you and the efforts you undertake to achieve it.

Tip 10 – Food for Thought

Good food is as essential for the brain as it is for the body. Brain food includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, pulses, fish, legumes, sprouts and spinach. Milk is also a good option. So is green tea.
